Universal Manifold

Customized Designs

Special Manifolds – D03 / ISO03 with application specific valving. While we strive for standardized designs throughout your plant, for dedicated machines with dedicated workholding fixtures, we have found that it is less expensive to add valves to the hydraulic power than the fixture.
Different Flow Rates and Pressures – we can design and supply hydraulic systems up to 10,000 psi, pressure compensated continuous duty pumps, air over oil systems, variable frequency drives, centralized hydraulic systems, etc.
Control Panels – specific brand name PLC’s, light curtains, data acquisition systems, etc.
